Can I stop antibiotics yet?

My flock has been on Duramycin 10 for 7 days. I want to get them off it ASAP! Their symptoms were swollen eyes, mucus, rattles in breathing, lethargy. There was no strong smell, so I think it was not Coryza. The sickest of them seems mostly better but still a little lethargic, the roo still has a hoarse sounding crow, and the rest of them seem normal.
