Can I take eggs from incubator and put them under a broody hen?

How did you go putting the egg from the incubator under your Broody hen?

I have eggs in the incubator and due in 3 days, my hen has been broody and not moving for a week now.

Do you think I can try the incubator eggs under the hen things?

I've got one that been broody the last few days, and 2 eggs that were abandoned in my incubator. They are hatching today, wondering if I can swap the hatching for the 2 day old eggs she's sitting on?

Hello! I'm looking at threads of giving setting hens incubated eggs and am wondering what you chose to try and how it worked out??

I've got two very dedicated broodies, one who has been on her nest forever and I've tried to break her and it hasn't worked. My mama is in the brooding pen with her seven right now but when they move out I'm thinking of giving my other hens incubated eggs that are a week from hatch to let them have a turn and break the brood, just hope to avoid catastrophe if possible.
