As long as you can keep the temps right I say go for it .. Oh and document it so we can all see how it goes

Well, people have successfully hatched chicks under gooseneck desk lamps, in electric frypans, in their bras, behind the woodstove, etcetera. In the sense that "occasionally it works". So anything is possible.

But, is it a good bet? Not really. There are much more reliable ways to incubate eggs, that are not really any more difficult to set up and give you a MUCH better chance of actually getting chicks out of it.
