Can I use betadine cream for bumblefoot.

Some of my chickens have a very mild case of bumblefoot but just in case I want to use betadine cream to help the scratch heal faster and prevent the bumblefoot from getting any worse.

You mention a scratch, but then bumblefoot. Which is it?

If there isnt any redness, swelling or limping, there's no need to treat for bumblefoot. It will go away on its own.
For a scratch depending on the severity, you may have to treat it especially if it's bleeding.
