My rooster I got out of the pen and was running around while I was trying to catch him. I am not sure what he cut it on but he cut part of his comb and bleed quite a bit. Is it okay for me to spray Blue-kote on his comb? Normally I wouldnt worry about it but he cut it pretty badly.

Bluekote is fine to use on chickens. You can also put some antibiotic ointment (without "caine" ingredients or painkillers) on.

Good. Hope he heals soon!
me too! He got it good. He ripped his comb up of his head a little and then ripped upwards on the comb, hes lucky he isnt missing part of his comb because it was really close, if he would of ripped it a little more he would be missing 1/4th of his comb. I am not sure how he did it, but my beest guess is he cut it on wire. Hes not with another rooster so its not from a fight. He acts like a big baby now and steps onto my arm to be held. He never did that before!
