Can I use peat moss with fertilizer in it for a dust bath?

It’s wet outside and I want to give my birds a dust bath since they usually make their own but can’t now. The only thing I have on hand is this old peat moss that has fertilizer in it… and it’s been opened and has clearly been wet since it’s pretty frozen… it’s easy to break up, and I can do that but I don’t want to give them something that could hurt them. Any advice appreciated

No I wouldn't play sand would be better.

I wouldn't. You can buy 100% peat moss or plain cheap top soil as an alternative.
