Can I use the deep litter method with the Catawba?

I know, it seems a little silly since a Catawba is a tractor, but I am temporarily living in a home where there is just one space for the tractor so it will be a stationary one for now.

Any suggestions on how to handle the waste product generated from 4 birds in a 32 sq ft covered run? Also, my MIL wants all of the chicken poo for fertilizer so I'd like to be able to make most use of that.
