Can I use this as a Budgie Breeder cage ?

My wife and i use to breed Budgies in pens 18" long 12" wide 12" high built out of wood with wire fronts they did fine.

anything less then 21x21 for breeding is a no no for me at least because the babie will come out and play when there older and i dont seperat the pair and there kidos till 8 weeks and then i just reintro them to the flock so they still have each other.... if you look at it this way a minmal cage for a parakeet is 18x18 so using somthing smaller for 2 and babys is just crule.... also budgies are mean so they may hurt your qauil and tiel or vica versa if the tiel is a meanie

I finally got them. 2 wild type and a light blue one. 1 male 2 female.

Since only like one is barely an adult. Im keeping them inside until like Feb. or March
