I have been considering getting 2 Bantam Wyandottes to show at the State Fair, but I wanted to know if an old rabbit hutch would be a suitable coop. They would have a very large fenced in area to run around in as well. I bought this one off of Amazon around 2 years ago. http://www.amazon.com/Frugah-A-frame-Wooden-Rabbit-Animal/dp/B00DE3NBCO However, I don't know if it would have enough room in it, and if the ramp would cause problems for them. I have never owned chickens before. Also, my friend keeps a single chicken as a pet, and it seems fine. Do I have to get at least two chickens for it to be happy?
