Can I use this tube as a feeding tube???

My hen is sick and I need to get lots of liquid down her but I don't know where to get a proper feeding tube and all my vet has is this...will that be ok?

I don't want to hurt her but I can't order online because it will take too long to get here?!?
Please help!

It looks like aquarium airline (about 5mm). It should be fine, just wave it over a flame to melt the edges smooth. Rub it with a little oil just before using it, to help it go down more smoothly.
