Can i use Vaseline with cocoa butter on my chickens combs?

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot i hope it isnt. I have heard of using plain vaseline but i just bought some for myself that has cocoa butter in it too so i was wondering if it was safe to use on there combs. My roos comb is dry and flaky.
