can i use wood as bedding please help

i have a a 3 month old chicken can i use wood chips as bedding im so confused i have had people say yes and no on differnt websites

Yes, you just need to stay away from cedar. Plain old pine or aspen works fine.

I have three 11 week old girls that I have used pine shavings with since they were five days old! I wold say yes you can use them! Pine chips are probably just bigger pieces but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use them! Hope this helps!!

it has spruce and fir and wont collect dust look it up please so u have more info on it its called softwood bedding planet petco

May I ask why you just have "a" chicken? Do you plan to get your chicken a friend or two?

my cousin gave it to me and i was just begging and now she trys to kill my other chicks so i cant put her with anyone
