I am interested with whether or not you could vaccinate chicken embryos on day 18 for Meriks by simply making a small insertion point with a needle. If so, in which way shall I do so, or should I just wait for the chicks to hatch to then vaccinate them?
Why would you do that?
I would not stick a needle into an egg blindly. You don’t know what you are poking (the eye, the yolk, a blood vessel). I wouldn’t do that.
