Can i wash my eggs before incubating it

No.
Remove what poop you can while the eggs are dry if you must but the bloom should stay on the eggs and washing can/will remove the bloom.

In my experience, it doesn't hurt to wash them gently with warm, soapy water. I actually have a hen named Wash because she hatched from a washed egg. 🤭 I've received hatching eggs in the mail with poop on them on more than one occasion, and I wash them because I don't want to set them with poop, nor do I want to just toss them in that scenario. They hatch just as well as the unwashed eggs.

Note that I am meticulous about washing the incubators out before incubation, and washing my hands right before ever handling the eggs during incubation. If you are less so, or using a broody hen to hatch them, then those washed eggs could be a rot risk from bacteria being introduced. I also probably wouldn't bother if the poopy eggs were from my own flock and would just wait for my girls to lay cleaner eggs. It's different to me with shipped hatching eggs, I guess.
