I don't think it can. It's been like this for about 2 weeks. It's getting worse

I'm afraid not it's a genetic defect in their skull plate. I have a crossbeak hen too but hers is a very mild case, she eats, drinks, plays with the rest just fine. If your chicken is eating/drinking on its own i'd leave it be and see how it does as it gets older. If it gets worse which they often do then you may want to consider culling it.
