I am getting Grower feed tomorrow but I’m wondering if it’s ok to feed the layer feed to her

The feed in the picture you posted just looks like grains to me, mostly wheat and corn. This is not a complete feed. You need to get a pellet or crumble feed for them. Grower will work for all your birds, provided you also supply calcium in the form of crushed oyster shell in a separate dish for the laying hens. They will take what they need and the other birds will leave it alone. You also need to supply grit in another dish, this is for digestion.
