Can my 3 week old ducks go outside in 45 degree temperatures if they have a heat lamp?

My ducks are 3 to 4 weeks old, and getting feathers, and making my house smell, but it gets into the 40's some nights. If I put a heat lamp in the coop and keep the coop sealed up will they be ok?

I doubt they even need a heat lamp.
Don't 'seal the coop' up, they need fresh air always.
As long as they are dry and out of the wind, they'll be fine.
Thank you, oh, and when I said seal the coop, what I meant was keeping the windows and vent doors closed until it warms up outside.
