I have one brahma chick that's about 6 - 7 weeks old. he lives insides in the house with a cage that's open like a bird cage. I don't warm him anymore with a bulb but I put a blanket over his cage at night. he is starting to get messy and naughty. when can I put him outside ????

If it's not freezing cold nights he can go out as long as he's got shelter from the wind and rain. under 40 degrees would still be a bit cold for him, but he should be getting some of his feathers together by now. After he's in the cold a bit he will grow feathers faster. I would just keep a close eye on him.
