Hi all , 5 leghorn hens with vent gleet , (they came from some rough living conditions ) ok so first week washed their butts day and applied topical fungal cream also added probiotics to diet .. 2nd week continued this but also added oral nystatin , one hen got real bad and died , 2 hens got better, but may have a touch of it coming back .. this last week started the other 2 hens on diflucan, their is still no improvement on these 2 .. trying Epsom salts in water today ... any other suggestions?

Forgot to add they were all wormed also

Where did you get oral nystatin? I looked at tractor supply and didn't see diflucan. They did have a spray on antifungal for horses, but nothing dosed orally.

I had to get it from a vet ... I'm just at a loss of what to do .. I don't understand why it's not going away
