Can one rooster keep 25ish hens eggs fertile?

We'll end up with about 15 pullets and will only keep one rooster. We are naming him Brigham (after Brigham Young) in hopes that he'll be a good husband to them. The actual Brigham had something like thirty, so I think it's possible. I got a list of his wives names, and we'll use those for our pullets.
