Can other people view your converstions?

Can other people view your conversations unless you say people you invite can invite others? Is is open so everyone can see it?

Conversations are private.
Only the member/s you send it to can view it.

If you invite "others" you will have no control of what they do with the conversation.

Correct! It's important that you don't mistake posting on someone's profile as a conversation. The posts on the profile are not private.
