Can our chick be blind?

Hi guys! I have a small question. We recently got five baby chicks, hatched on Saint Pat. of this year, about five weeks old. One of them, a white silkie, seems different. She just sits quietly in your hand when you hold her. Recently I took them outside. The others were exploring a little, but she just sat there. She didn't move much and didn't really turn her head. I took the others in before, and she just sat there, not even making a chirp to see where the others went. I'm wondering if she might be blind? But when I return her to the brooder, she seems fine, but still doesn't move around much. She isn't hurt, and I don't think the other chicks are bullying her, but I'm just wondering is there's something I'm missing? If someone knows if she's just shy, or if she might be blind, please tell me! Thanks so much!

I would start by running my finger back I forth in front of her.

Her eyes are perfectly clear, not clouded at all.
