Can piperazine be used in laying hens?

Hi, I've been getting some conflicting info over whether piperazine can be used in laying hens... Just wondering what everyone's opinion on this was. I already bought the piperazine and was going to use it on my 6 chickens when I read something saying not to use in in laying hens. I wouldn't eat the eggs for 2 weeks after if I did. Thanks!

Yes, it can be used with a two week egg withdrawal period afterwards.
