Can Polish hens climb chicken ladders and do they roost?

We recently added a Polish hen to our flock of 11 hens. Every night, the 11 chickens go into the coop and hop up on the roosts. Except my Polish. She wanders around in and out of the run attached to the coop. Then, when she gets sleepy, she leaves the run and hops up on a stump in the yard and goes to sleep. I put her in the coop. If I put her on a roost when I put her in at night, she will stay there, otherwise, I think she just sleeps on the floor. She won't climb the ladder into the coop, but in the morning she will walk down it to get outside. Is she just a slow learner or is this normal Polish? Thanks!!

I am new to Polish so I am not sure where her crest rates in the world of S, M. L. EX.... She hangs with the flock, so I know she can see well enough to get with them. She also can see the ladder because it is large and she will walk over the end of it in her wanderings before bedtime. She also watches the other chickens go up the ladder. Even when we put her on the ladder, she will not climb up into the coop. I try to help her walk up, but she is pretty resistant to the idea.
