We have a 3 week bantam barred. 6 days ago, she stopped moving around and having issues standing/walking. She's also the smallest of the bunch. They were on medicated feed (we switched, when we noticed this). We suspect a moderately severe deficiency.
We brought her inside. She is ravenously hungry and is still drinking. Yesterday we started her on a more aggressive supplement regime. Poultry cell and boil eggs along with non-medicated feed. She also spends day light hours in a little baby chicken wheel chair; she seems quite happy to be able to stretch her legs. She still has function of her legs, but can't really stand. Shes not lethargic, but sleeping a lot.
Up to today her poop has been very normal, with no signs of blood. However today it's super dark/black, semi-solid, and nauseating stinky.
Is this internal bleeding or likely because of the supplements?
