Can quails get mareks??

We have a small flock of chickens that has mareks disease, would it be to risky to get quails??? Can quails even get mareks?

There's a chance you Quail could be affected.

If I got them vaccinated and made a new coop in a different spot on the yard would it be fine??

Quail do not normally get the Marek's vaccine.

I would house the Quail in a different area away from the chickens.
