I have squash, cukes, zucchini, banana peppers, hot peppers (can't spell the name), 'fajita' peppers (shaped like a round small bell pepper but spicy)

can my bunnies eat those?
I can't find any info on those foods online.
our breeder is not even sure because she can't find it in her books

help keep my rabbits calm and happy with their nightly veggies to keep them quiet LOL

TIA

I couldn't find anything about them either.
If I can't find 2 or 3 sources that say it is OK, I take it as NOT SAFE to feed rabbits.
Better to be safe than sorry in my opinion.

I see 'green peppers' are safe...what are those? does it mean ANY green pepper??

I am out of carrots tonight and the buck will be getting wild soon with nothing to chew on all night. ugh

Mine hate squash--both yellow and zucchini, love cucumbers, and I personally wouldn't feed a pepper but I don't know if it's safe or not. I definently would NOT feed a hot pepper like a jalapeno!

Just give them some hay to munch on.

we can't give hay at night. he bangs the cage with the holder. the bunnies are in my girls' room so quiet veggies are their snack. you can hear his rampage through the whole house really! and with the does arrival this week he is even most noisy...he doesn't like her one bit being in 'his room' even in her own cage on the other side of the room

hmmm..wonder if hubby would mind his cuke going to the rabbits? LOL!
