do you think this is a good play house coop here are the dimensions: 48" on the height in the back 42" in the front. The width is 60" the depth is 42" the roof has vinyl slats to make it water tight and it has a Plexiglas's window.

Hey, I'm in your area and saw that on CL this morning too! I was thinking that would make a nice coop for someone!!!

I would replace the window with a nest box to the outside (or cut a new hole for one and make the roof hinged for easier cleaning. A fresh coat of paint to protect it from the weather...great looking coop! Now you'll need more birds too...oh, just enabling!!!

Nice find! You should be able to comfortably fit 4 heavy breed birds or 5 light breed birds in there. One nesting box should be OK.
