can some one please tell me if this is a rooster or a hen

    It looks like a rooster to me, though I am no expert.

    ty for the info in the pic with all the other birds does the rest look like hens i also have 5 baby ones that are 4 weeks old inside and one of them look like a rooster also
     
  4. My guess would be rooster, too. For only 7 weeks, that's a lot of color in the comb to be a pullet. It looks like there might be some saddle feathers developing, too.

    I can't tell about the rest - I can only see the head of one other bird. But that one looks henish.

    the red ones are RIR the black ones are Barred Rock i also posted a pic of the baby chickend that are about 4 weeks old i think 3 of them are the americaunas ( i think that is how it is spelled) and the 2 black ones are black stars
