Used a hair tie and it's working sooooo much better , it's standing and walking around a lot steadier!!

how long do I leave that on her?

That is soo great to hear, the hair tie has always worked great for me as well. I'm so thankful for the person who thought of it.. I have left the hair tie on anywhere from 8 hours to 24 hours. What you do is when he seems to be walking like a chicken, take it off and see if he can accomplish this on his own, if you see him starting to spraddle again even if it's just a slightly, put it back on and wait another day. But the first initial give him at least 8 hours..

What kind of flooring do you have? I found that newspapers seem to cause this in a lot of my chickens so you may want to use something less slippery. Use an old shirt or even paper towels will work.

Have you looked at his vents yet, are there still wide openings?? How about the one by his tail?
