Can some who can't eat shell fish eat the eggs from chickens who eat oyster shells

My brother can eat shell fish can he eat eggs from my chickens that eat oyster shells

He'll be fine, there's no oyster meat on the shells, and he's not allergic to the shells, just the meat!
