Can someone help identify sex and color of peachick?

When she is out in the sun i can see a few blue tinted feathers on back of her neck.
What does that mean?

It means it is not Cameo. Cameo do not have any iridescent color on the neck.

I will look, but here is a yearling Purple and it isn't even close to the OPs chick. And neither Purple or Bronze is going to have 'blue tinted feathers' on the back of the neck.

Yearling Purple in the back and a yearling Bronze in front, both hens.

Here are a few pics of her in the sun, she doesn’t look like any other IB I have, she is very light colored compare to a IB, She is the same color down her breast. The color neck feathers may have a green tint not blue

In this light she looks Purple, let her age a bit and see if the neck starts getting some purple to it.
