I am no expert on Chinese but do know that the male has a much larger knob on his nose then a female does. Plus the male should be larger than the female... So look for the larger knob on a gander and a smaller one of female plus the more refinement in female.

Your white chinese look odd( as in they kinda look like embden as well ? But thats me ,but if they are this years WC that would explain )but the 1st one is a male 100 % and the second one is female 75% sure
