Can someone help!? my hen is very sick 🤕

With her being an Ex-Batt and has not been laying for a good while, I would first suspect that she has a reproductive disorder just by the way she is standing.

i was suspecting it too, but i wasn't sure..

I'm sorry about your hen.

She does not look well at all.

With her being an Ex-Batt and has not been laying for a good while, I would first suspect that she has a reproductive disorder just by the way she is standing.
When a hen has one condition and not doing well - this allows other conditions to arise.

Her crop is squishy - so I would say her crop is not working well due to reproductive problems (inflammation).

Get rid of the lice - use a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust and see how she does.

Sadly, you posted about her almost a month ago and her stance/how she looks has not changed a great deal.
Sometimes all you can do is offer supportive care and once they continue to decline, put them out of their misery.

Yea thank you I’m hoping that she’ll come around but yea she hasn’t been well for awhile I never knew that she had lice though so I’m treating her for it and giving her something to help her internals so hoping she recovers

I hope she does start feeling better. I would check her crop first thing in the morning - if it's not empty, then treating her for crop issues would be the thing I would do. While a lot of times crop issues are a symptom of an underlying condition (like reproductive disorders), treating and getting that cleared up can make them much more comfortable.

Sorry about your hen. I have been offline all day, but glad that others have helped you. I agree with @Wyorp Rock ’s advice, and agree that your hen may be suffering from a reproductive disorder and crop problem. Those are both common in hens over 3 and frequently a cause of death.

Oh no, i'm sorry for your loss! it's so hard to lose our little birds
i really think she was suffering of some reproductive disease that weakened her. most of reproductive diseases are not treatable
it's very sad, i lost two from these. it's heartbreaking.

Yea sad day lost my baby cluck but the good news is that she had a good life and got a taste of freedom (she was an exbattery hen) cluck got her treats and experienced what life should be like for a chicken
