Can someone help my kitten?

Your kittens are wormy. I am guessing you may have thought they have allergies because of a runny nose and/or runny eyes. Those are symptoms of a respiratory infection.

But thank y'all so much for trying to help. I did do everything I could. I really appreciate it because I'm just some random kid asking for help about a kitten none of y'all know personally and you're just willing to help. Everyone here is so nice.

I am so sorry for your loss.
Are you going to be able to take the other kitten in to the vet?

you may end up having to take all of the cats in. or at least getting medication for them all. Upper respritory infections are extremely contagious in cats.

Really sorry for your loss but you MUST take the other kitten to the vet, the passing of the other kitten is a warning. There is a chance the other cats might become ill too so it's important you find out what is wrong.
Here in the UK, we have the PDSA, and they will do check-ups and some medical things for free if you have less than a certain income, I don't know if there is something similar where you are?
I really feel for you as your parents don't sound like they're as concerned for your pets as you are. If you really have no other options you could always drop the kitten off at a no-kill shelter where they will treat it. It really needs medical attention and not for your parents to leave their child no choice but to Google medicines to give a pet to try and save it. My heart goes out to you.
