Can someone identify this breed? Bought at Tractor Supply in April.

I was told they were straight run pullet layers, that's about it. Was wondering if someone could help me out with the specific breed. I can take a better picture if need be.

Thanks... I'm in Vermont as well ironically! Do you know how well this breed handles cold winters by any chance? Hoping for another mild one, but always preparing for the worse.

They do well I've had one for four years now and the weather has never bothered her.
