I think your pictures show a hen - I'm pretty sure that leghorn roosters mature early and that it's pretty obvious. We have 3 and their combs are all about the same color & size. For comparison, I posted some pics of my standard white leghorn pullets at almost 2 months. I would expect the comb/wattles on mine to get redder and larger in the next 3-4 weeks (when they're the age of yours).
