My guess is white rock, pullet.

How old is the bird? Can we get a pic, standing naturally?

I'm also leaning toward white Rock for now, but is't really hard to tell body shape from the pic. It does look like a pullet.

Yep, that's the difference when you can see the shape of the bird. That's definitely a white Leghorn pullet.
