Brown one a brown leghorn or welsummer chick?

It is not an Easter Egger. A large number of breeds hatch out with the 'chipmunk pattern'. This chick has no signs of an EE. No pea comb, no willow or slate legs, no muff, etc.

With this in mind, I would tend to agree with ISG1007. The most common breeds that fit this chicks' description are Welsummers or Brown Leghorns. You will need to let this chick grow a little more to find out which.

The first one looks like the welsummer I had and the black looks like Austrolorp.
