Can someone tell me what is wrong with this hen (Pic)

This is a almost 2 year old hen -- she is acting normally -- not sure if she is laying since I have 7 others. I just discovered this today. None of my other have anything wrong. Any advice?

Looks to me like another chicken has been pecking at her. Is it just bald red skin? Have you checked for any weird skin bugs?
 
Do you find feathers in the nesting boxes? I have a couple layers who like to pluck out their own belly feathers when they lay.
 
No feathers in the nest box. Do you think she is just getting picked on by one of the others?
