Can someone tell me what they think is wrong?

My 1year old hen can't hold her head up straight. It's cocked to the side. She is eating and acting normal except for the position of her head.

Sounds like wry neck, which is a neurological symptom that could indicate many different issues.

The easiest one to treat is a simple vitamin deficiency.

Give her 400 IU Vitamin E and ¼ Tablet Vitamin B-Complex, along with some scrambled egg (for selenium). Do this daily until it gets better. If after a few days there is no improvement it's probably something else causing it.

Also, if you could post a picture of your girl that might help.

Can you post some photos of her?
Have you looked inside her ears for infection, mites or debris?
