can someone tell us whats wrong with him/her? Please

he/she was fine up till yesterday evening when my gf said something was wrong. it seems to walk backwards and cannot hold its head up,thought it might be wryneck but I just don't know. we are new to this so we are lost,anyhelp or suggestions would be great. feel helpless and just don't want to let it die. thanks

Get some Poultry Nutri-drench to give 1 ml daily with a dropper. Is the chick eating and drinking? Make sure it does not become dehydrated. Here is some reading about wry neck:

thanks for replying..we hope this is whats wrong as we could not figure out whats wrong. water and food are in the box with it but don't know if its drinking or eating. She put its beak in the water so it knows it there,will try to get it drink. She is eating now.

he/she is a bit better. still got away to go to normal but we thought it wouldn't be a quick turn around.
