Can someone with a scale help me?

I'm deworming my quail for the first time. The problem is, I need to measure out 3.5 pounds of food. I don't have a scale of any sort. I do have a lot of measuring cups, though. Could someone weigh a cup of crumble-type food and tell me how much it weighs? Thank you so much, and I'd really appreciate it

And if not actually weighing it, can someone send me a picture or something of roughly a pound of poultry food is? thanks.

well i made a scale from a hanger and a bag of water. I guess i'm good now lol
