I think I stressed out my new babies.
First I took 2 of my week old GC's into the kitchen so they could meet 2 of my mild mannered 2.5 week old BO's.
I wanted to see how they get along so I can put them all in the same brooder. The older ones didn't pick on them and everything seemed like it went well.
I haven't integrated them yet but I DID put them in a bigger brooder with the 4 other GC's they've been living with.
Now, someone in the brooder has diarrhea...
I did some poo research and from the consistency it looks like they may be too hot. It's 90 degrees in their brooder now.
Could the stress of introducing new pullets and changing their brooder effect their digestive system?
