Can stress kill chickens

Are you an avion expert?....All I can say is what I know from experience and friends...It has happened where multiple birds died of heart failure due to fear ...

Double check your coop and run...look closely for any small holes where a critter could have came in an killed the flock.
I'd bet something got in.

I disagree, she said there was barely any blood and on only 1 chicken. Therefore I think it was heart attack.

Seeing blood is not necessarily a requirement when it comes to being killed by a predator. Having a whole flock all die at the same time from a heart attack is just....not likely to happen.

Necrotic Enteritis is one that can cause sudden death in seemingly healthy birds.
