Can there be too much greens?

Our chickens are in the thick of greens. I plant cover crops for my chickens every spring and every autumn- vetch, field peas, clover, oats, annual rye, tall pasture mix. The stuff has pretty much become self sowing in the side acre and back pasture but I still reseed it lightly twice a year, a little heavier on the clover and peas. Our chickens and turkeys have about an hour of access to pellets in the morning and again in the afternoon, but spend the days foraging and scratching. We've grown out a lot of Cornish Xs and many turkeys, and I've occasionally harvested a rooster (ok, I have completely stripped our rooster supply aside from our two "forever" roosters) and I've been really impressed with the size and quality of the carcasses. Even out foraging, the CXs and BBWs have had decent amounts of subcutaneous fat and cavity fat which I didn't expect from fatties that had to do a little work for their midday food.

We get a late spring/summer/early autumn average of 23 eggs a day from our 28 laying hens and another 10 a day from our 13 hatching egg hens.
