Can these chicks be outside?

A photo of the chicks will help. I would provide them heat any time it is below freezing, day or night until they are bigger. This does not necessarily mean they need to be in the house. If it is that cold they could possibly be locked in the coop where they are more protected. Young chicks in a new home don't always understand to go up the ramp and back into the coop when they get too cold.
