Can these girls go outside?

These are my two olive eggers, and lavender orphington ( about 5 weeks old ). If I put a light in the coop outside ( pictured ) do you think they will be ok? Our nights had been getting Down to about low 40's
 
40's is really nothing for a chicken to handle if well feathered. Yours look well feathered. You could use a light on a timer for a few nights or week to stage them down to outside temps if you wanted.

It's good to acclimate slowly so if they are heated all the time inside you probably do want a light at night to stage them into things.
