Ok I have two chicks that just turned one week old, and I have four two day old chicks. Can they be placed together in the brooder, or should I build a wall between them?

Yes that should be fine. Keep in mind the older they get the less exceptant of younger chickens they'll get. Why don't you try it for a night and if it doesn't work out seperate them?

I think they would i would just watch them for a good while and separate them if a problem comes about.

We've done that lost of times before. I even started day old turkeys chicks in with week old chicken and guinea chicks/keets once. Worked fine till the turkeys were about 4 weeks old and then they were just too bully-ish.

glad it's working out. we've done that many times too w/o any problems. i think the age limit for putting them together is about two weeks
difference - after that not a good idea.
