mine love corn bread. my hens and roosters will eat just about anything i eat. they may not like somethings so they wont eat it -- like green beans, but they can pretty much eat whatever.

Yes they can, chickens will eat most anything, just don't give too much of any one thing at a time.

They will soon let you know if they don't like it.

Yes as long as the veggies don't have any thing extra on them (IE: salad dressing, salt, etc.).

Make sure you get your fingers out of the way because they may take those off trying to get to the lettuce and 'maters!!
